Mauril Bélanger Memorial Youth Addictions Research Grant: Provides funds to talented graduate students working on a thesis project related to school aged youth addiction.

Undergraduate research opportunities

Undergraduate Student Research Awards Program (USRA) from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) provides funds for a 16-week research work experience (requires a minimum contribution of $1,125 from your supervisor)

UROP – The Undergraduate Research Opportunity program allows you to contribute hours to a research project conducted by a professor of your choice during the second or third year of your studies.

WSP – The Work-Study Program gives students a chance to work on campus part time during the academic year and earn around $4,000, and to work full time during the summer and earn close to $7,000. You also gain valuable work experience that makes you more employable after finishing your degree.
