The School of Nutrition Sciences is proud to announce the completion of a new Food Preparation Laboratory for teaching undergraduate courses. It contains 12 stations with all the required cooking and food science equipment and can accommodate 24 students. The demonstration bench is equipped with several cameras to enhance visibility of the experiments presented by the teacher. This will be a great benefit for the undergraduate students in the School to learn culinary skills and the science behind them. We are excited to get cooking!
